How To Save The World With Hemp

Hemp is a non-drug specimen derived from cannabis plants, today we are going to talk about how Hemp can Change the world!

Before we dive into the juicy stuff, we should probably get educational. While Hemp is derived from the same plant as Marijuana, Hemp can not actually get you high; industrial hemp has very low THC levels (the stuff that gets you high), differing from it's counter part Marijuana, which is cultivated specifically to have higher levels of THC. The North American Industrial Hemp Council estimates that Hemp can be used to make over 25,000 products ranging from building materials to clothing, at a lower cost than their traditional counterparts. Many people have already started to transition into using Hemp products in their daily lives, and if you are interested in how you can as well, you should keep reading!

Hemp Oils

Hemp oils are considered a miracle oil among those who use it, being known for it's outstanding 3:1 ratio of Omega-6 to Omega-3, the correct ratio for the human body, many holistic doctors (alternative medicine) have already started to recommend consuming Hemp oils to not only their patients, but as well as their animals. Yes, Hemp oils can benefit your pets too! Approximately 25-30% of family pets have arthritis, in which Dr. Atkins recommends Omega-6 and Omega-3 to heal; well isn't it amazing that we just realized Hemp oils have both?
Hemp oils can also be used to balance hormones in menopausal women, strengthen hair and nails, help vegetarians get the fatty acids they need in their diets, and to boost your immune system. If you are taking blood thinners, Hemp oils may cause an anti-clotting effect, so consult your doctor before usage! For the ultimate guide to Hemp oils, please click.....here.

Hemp Homes

"Homes can be made nearly 100% out of hemp materials. Pipes can be made of hemp plastic. Walls can be made of hemp wall board. Insulation can be made out of hemp. Hemp plaster, paint made with hemp oil, hemp carpet, hemp bricks, and even hemp roofing materials." Hemp.com, has an amazing article about how people can literally build an entire house using almost all Hemp. A trend that has grown more public and more popular throughout the years, creating a new job field: Hemp Home Building, and Hemp Tiny Home Building. There you have it folks houses made of Hemp, and the best part is it is 60% more cost efficient than building a home with the usual building materials; for more information please click on......this!

Hemp Seeds

Hemp Seeds are a great grain to use, especially if Hemp in oil form doesn't sound the best to you. Hemp seeds can be used as a topping on your meals, crushed and used to bake, you can put them in your tea, coffee, smoothies, any way you can dream of; While Hemp seeds have the same 3:1 ratio of Omega-6 oils and Omega-3 oils, it is also 65%  Edestin, the best source of simple protein for all of my vegan friends! Digesting Hemp seeds can also help those of us with eczema, by changing the levels of the important levels of fatty acid in our blood stream, reducing itching and dryness. These magic seeds can even help with period cramps and PMS, all you have to do is eat one serving a day!

Hemp Clothing

The primary fibers of the Hemp plant are used to make clothing, building resources, and paper products, which actually hold up against some of the other leading fibers.
Hemp is a crop with speedy production rates, and plentiful harvests, which makes it nice to work with and a generally renewable resource. You can buy jewelry, purses, wallets, clothing, shoes, backpacks, and much more that is made completely of Hemp, blended with Cotton or even Bamboo; another popular use of Hemp cloth, are cloth diapers. Cloth diapers are a huge hit with moms all over the world, they are cute and very functional, however some mothers found problems with the traditional Cotton inserts, so one clever mama tried a Hemp insert and realized it worked. Hemp when blended with Cotton or Bamboo can be very absorbent and has been used to produce reusable breast pads, menstrual pads, and diaper inserts. I found a cute little Etsy shop HempHelpsApparel, that sells the awesome bracelets photoed above, if you want one be sure to pick one up and support a cool small business!

Hemp Skin Care

Hemp has been holistic women's beauty steeple for years, and they have finally shared it! Hemp skin creams are packed full of Vitamin F making them a must if you have wrinkles, troublesome acne, dry skin, eczema, and even psoriasis, it can really help brighten skin, fade stretch marks, and fade old acne scars. One Etsy shop that sells Hemp face cream is ChristinesSOAPBOX, who uses a special blend of hemp cream, and your choice of essential oil, to make you the perfect skin cream.

Hemp is not yet approved by the FDA, even though it will be eventually, and is not always accepted as a resource due to it's genetic relation to Marijuana.
